All field trips are weather permitting... but remember this is a class on floods, so we will probably go into the field except in extreme circumstances, such as > 30 cm of snow on the roads, severe lightning risk (in which case we may go out but stay in the vans), tornado warnings (not just tornado watches), or impending bolide impact.  Dress according to the weather and weather forecast.
