If you have access to a government repository of USGS topographic maps, the Windle Kite Plat lies on the Tenth Legion and Stanley (Virginia) 1:24,000 scale Quadrangles.  You may prefer to can access these maps via either Topozone or Terraserver web sites. Topozone's map is better, but Terraserver also has a vertical aerial photograph.

   Coming Sooner or Later: Plat map for "Massanutten" in the Shenandoah Valley in the Mid 1700s Detail of "Massanutten" Map Showing English Metes and Bounds Cadastral System with a Few Plats Aligned Similar to French Long Lots (i.e. Perpindicular to the River). OOPs the map is upside down.  I'll have to work on this when I get free time!
