Commonly the name of the file is correct, but the file location is
wrong. The
most common error has been a link that reads "file:///G:/WWW/..." If
you suspect this is the case, enter the following in the address bar:
http://www.geo.wvu.edu/~kite/... followed immediately by the name of
the
file... i.e. everything after the last "/" in whatever link
appears.
