WVU Extension has a link to nice web site by John Carr on the 8 July flooding in Mullens, WV, where the event was largely a water flood, but at least one slump is shown in the gallery.

The National Park Service has a web site covering the July flood damage in the New River Gorge. The most noticeable features here are large landslides, many related to old mined areas.
