1 Introduction and General Comments

This handbook provides only the procedural information for graduate students in the WVU Geology program.

Information and rules related to program admission and degree requirements are now found in the WVU Graduate Catalog. Please refer to that document for those details.

Note – The Graduate Catalog is the official location for all WVU and Geology degree requirements. Students are responsible for knowing those rules and should not rely on this handbook alone.
