Geology Minors

A minor in geology requires 16 credit hours of geology courses, which must include GEOL 101 and 102.

At least nine hours must be upper-division (300- or 400-level), with the exception of GEOL 351: Geomathematics.

Students must achieve a grade-point average of at least 2.0 in all geology courses applied toward the minor.

Courses graded pass/fail may not be applied toward the geology minor.
